It is 1:1 trade, again you are always interfered by unapproved price checking, and you need to know he is refering to 4/4 mana regen Springs. You can ask many people how grandmother is valued now. i have a shit earth archer build and only 10k bomb arrow already.

a grandmother is like 3.5 stacks
a spring with 4/4 is worth around 8 stacks
a spring with 1/4 is worth around 5 stacks

doing simple math brought me to the conclusion

 

You know the times when you want something but don't have enough money to for it?
This is one of those times....

 

The %Water Damage is really Important on a Spring.. Otherwise a Hive bow would be better for a water build.
