Item Bug? Kinda?

Hi.

I used to play Wynncraft a while ago, and I decided to join a couple of days ago. I have went on my old class and found that all my items were turned into unidentifiable, except this one little guy:

It is unusable, it doesn't work like a weapon and deals no damage. I'm pretty sure it is because that little 'e' letter, that's why it didn't turn into unidentified item.


I have talked to a moderator and asked if it could be a replaced by a Legendary unidentified item, or if i could get a new working Fierte (which would be better), he said that he can't spawn items and I wouldn't get anything for it. Then i saw someone selling it for 5 LE... and then i'm like srs?

Sooo the point of this thread is me wanting to ask high-rank admins if there is something that can be done with this item? I would really appreciate if i could get a refund of some kind. It's 5 LE after all.

Yeah, I am fighting with the (NO LINKS UNDER 10 POSTS) filter thingy. Fixed now.

Talked to a moderator, I'd like to hear some administrators opinion.

 

Anyway if the item turbed to purple code thingy you can keep it and it might turn back to normal.
If it didn't get updated and still uses the old system it won't get fixed and you aren't allowed to trade it.
If all the lore turned white it wont get fixed and is totally useless.

 

Admins don't deal with that kind of problems.

Well, I'm not sure who does, so i just decided to post a thread here :P

 

You are lucky that the item still kept its old layout; some items just turned into vanilla items with white text after the update. I would keep the item for nostalgia. Also, emeralds are much more common now so 5 LE shouldn't be hard to get.

 

Purple code items can't be used or fixed.

Old items that have the accent marks are broken. They won't work like they're supposed to as you can tell from the item you're trying to use. It isn't in the same format so you can either keep it as a memory or just throw it away and try to find a new one.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for items lost for any reason and I am sorry about that. But I am sure if you ask around someone can help you out until you can get items that you can use once again.
