i remember before gavel , i used to enter an underground area under a building , its a tiny library
used to be opened by pressing a button somwhere behind the building
but now , i have searched my ass for that button again but found nothing

and suddenly , Jumla forgot to put the actual button that leads to it like what happened in gale nad ohms mystery

 

They renamed the building from Grolan's Inn, to Young Bovemists church, or something.

TL;DR We know nothing more, and nothing less, as before.

 

The armour merchant.
There's a back door into a basement (it's not underground, but it's UNDER the building) and you can also get in using a trapdoor and button in the merchant's room.
The place also looks mysterious, and the attic is dark, which is OVER the rest of the building.
Not sure about the 'under is over' part though.
Also, the way the building connects with the weapon merchant and has all these hidden things is mysterious.

Theres a way to see in the dark with optifine
options>Video Settings>Quality>Dynamic lights

then hold the SP or occelot tail and that should give light.


Thats how on Vanilla MC Bows with Flame 1 can light up a whole cave or you can just hold the torch without having to place them down

 

It also works with light dust from the nether cave :p

I feel like 'Under is Over' is a reference to being underground. Ground under our feet is now over our heads.

'Over is dark' simply means it has to be dark at night.

 

Yea! Heard those yesterday trying to find something. Unluckly I couldn't figure out where they were coming or how did I action them.

Eh, your poin't ain't bad. This is one of the most hidden places in Detlas (since there are only 3 I found xD). So if in this place we find sand, that would mean to go look in Almuj, as you said, Jumla's city. That has complete sence for me.

Also I want to point out that Jumla's hint of looking under buildings in detlas may not yield the collectible directly, but we might find hints that leads us outside detlas where the item might be
