Horse Glitch

So im trying to tier up my friend's horse i got 24 EB in my inventory i want to buy a horse so i click on it and my EB dissapeared now i lost 24 EB just like i lost my 1 LE a day ago you guys keep saying no refund policy but when do you get a refund policy then ? im kinda frustrated about this ... i like lost more then 4 LE to upgrading horses and my tier 2 + tier 2 downgrated to a tier 1 thats some of the biggest nonesense aswell i want to get this fixed i already know that i get told no refund policy but just fix it for the next victim please ?

 

Have you heard about such a thing as punctuation?

Well this is an old bug and sometimes they are difficult to fix. Atm the wynncraft staff I think is really busy with the update thing but anyway you should post this on Github, a specific place for Bug Reports.

 

So you are saying you gambled with money and lost it, so you feel entitled to get it back? Also, why do you feel that there are exceptions in the refund policy?

Its the same like hitting the reply button but it actually didnt do anything.

 

He's definitely not talking bs. He was referring to when the OP said that his horse had down graded through breeding. It's a well known fact that horse breeding is similar to gambling, and you shouldn't do it unless you want accept the risks.
