I Found Something

I was going through Gaval when I found a cave and I'm not sure how to solve the puzzle it presents.

The first thing I found was a sign that said to go up a water fall and only then could I break the seal. I went up the only waterfall in the cave and only found journal entries.
I'm really confused why "IT" is in caps and what it could stand for. Then I found this:



From what I understand it says "must go back to the shard..".
I'm confused on how to open the seal and I was wondering if anyone else knew how to.

 

This is from the quest Purple and Blue ._.

 

I think that's a different one... not sure tho.

 

Fairly certain it's from P&B, though it may be a different quest.

 

I know you find signs like this in P&B, I just don't remeber anything like this when I did it, which was fairly recent.

 

This might actually be a reference to ??? because [REDACTED].

 

P&B quest signs were colored and had coords on them.

This is an easter egg, coords were in an item frame before it despawned. Was pushed as broken.
Basically just go into the big cave nearby with tents, press a button, and the cave's door opens.
