Old Item Layouts

Ever since the gavel update ive been asking staff to please update my helmet known as pelier which is a legendary but, non ehas contacted me so pls help me update it staff

 

We can't do anything about it. It's useless now.

 

They can't update items in the old layout. I'm afraid your helmet is gone for good.

But i have a question if i try and sell this item as a sort of rare item will i get banned?
