Mage/Dark Wizard Loot Set Lvl 84

I'm a lvl 84 mage looking for them emeralds and Le's so I would like to ear the opinion of you guys on the best pieces of armor and weapon (wand) for the best loot set for my lvl (84) and if you can tell me a person that sells that item :D

 

Full loot jester, jera, the forgery is good, treasure boots, any chest plate (health) emerald staff is decent

 

do you know anyone that is selling: a good jester ring; a good jester necklace; jera; emerald staff??

 

I could sell you a 48 loot jera for 48le lol

 

only have 37 Le, can i trow in a legendary??
