Why would someone want this and especially this price.

 

because its a rare item..

 

Last time I saw one sell, It was like.. Buyout at 1stack..

I sold mine around that time for 1stack aswell.
PS: The price of an item like this can only decrease incase none takes a bunch of them and throw them into Detlas trashcan so It's probablt even lower than that right now.
