    is it possible to sell your guild because i dont want mine i wanna make a new one but it has some stuff on it and i dont want it to go to waste

    You can (try) to leave your guild and start a new one, but not sell it.

    Yosteric tried to sell Libertas in the past, and I believe there is a guild on the market right now.

    I don't believe that's what he meant. He was asking if there was an in-game way to sell his guild; which there isn't. You have to invite a human buyer to your guild and do other stuff.
