A Cinematic In Ragni?!?!

So I rewatched the gavel expansion trailer and when you are 27 seconds in, THERE IS A CENIMATIC IN RAGNI!

So, what exactly is it? There are no new quests in that location.

This is very old, but basically this is for the Main Storyline.

 

So they bothered add particles just because its extremely vague for the storyline?

They added particles in ragni as a one-time use just for this trailer?

 

there is also the part where it says "insane boss fights"

 

What Shadow Mage said, it was supposedly going to be for the Gavel Update, though it ended up getting cut out in the end. Not much is known about it, other than it's related to the Door of Time, is the reason for some unused builds in Wynn and Gavel atm (Like the prison near Deltas), Ragnar is possibly the name of the main protagonist/hero, and Molten Heights will be used in a future update to test out the new quest system for the Main Storyline.

 

What you must know is that this is a storyline that will span a lot of levels. The cutscene is probably one of the first things you see when you start the Main Storyline.

There are some things from the trailer that weren't added in the game YET. Keep in mind that there were also some scrapped quest, so that cinematic might of been apart of one.

Nope, the Molten Heights is a MINI storyline.

 

That's what I meant, it's not going to be the "official" Storyline, but it will use the new quest system Grian was talking about in the recent changeblog.
