Cant Connect To Any Servers

So Everything has been fine for a while, but a few days ago, out of nowhere i can no longer connect to any servers. Ive done all the basic steps to resolve this like resetting my router/modem, restarting my laptop, restarting minecraft.

I also tried changing my DNS port in my network settings as advised on a youtube video.

I also tried adding the TCP and UDP minecraft ports (25565) to my firewall settings. i tried disabling firewall altogether.

none of these worked.


I checked my ping to Wynncraft using cmd line. and there was a stable ping connection. this has to mean that somethign is blocking my connection to the server.


Oddly enough, i was able to connect to Wynncraft last night by using a Direct Connect method, as opposed to the saved connections. not sure why.


Even more oddly, as you can see in my image attachment, the very first server has always gotten a connection. (altho the server is down for maintenance, so i cant check if connection works 100%).


One last note: when i press refresh, it doesnt take any time for the servers to go "cant connect to server". as in, they dont try to ping for a long time.

Sorry, was i supposed to like Blur it out? the server is besides the point, altho im not sure why it works and no other servers do....... :/

 

... its.. its that server.. the server we all missed before it got completely forgotten

 

A. No, it's just Wynncraft has a bit of a rivalry with dungeonrealms. (I say a bit because we crushed them and they're just kinda sore losers)
B. Maybe something's wrong with wynn's servers? I keep timing out whenever I join, so. But then again ALL of your servers are like that...

 

uhh... putting DR aside....

Its not Wynncraft, because i was able to connect to it using Direct Connect.

 

Hmm... Well unfortunately I'm not much of a tech guy, but it may be the game itself, as being able to directly connect means you should have a "link" to the server. Maybe restart the game? Or delete and re-add the server?

 

Its weird indeed. Ill try readding a server, but ive restarted my game multiple times throughout these past few days already

Oh my god.... All my servers (except DR i guess??) were removed... all those servers when i pressed "EDIT" were blank servers. they had no IP. I have no idea how this happened. but my issue is resolved i guess!

 

Eyyy... That is wierd. But hey it worked!

Im sure you didnt mean to do it as an advertisement which is why you wont be punished...but it shows the ip of that server.
Looks like your problem is fixed anyway which is good.
