Forums Signature Maker?

Hello, after being on the forums for a while I've noticed people with signatures like @Pred , and @blankman 's. Obviously, they are the same kind of signature; a name, a title, an item/weapon, and then some sort of design. So I'm wondering what was used to make these, so I can do one. Thanks for reading, and please reply if you know. :D
