How Do I Leave My Guild?

Basically, whenever I use /guild leave, it asks me if I'm sure and I need to type 'yes' on a sign, and when I've done this it says I left the guild and I lose three soulpoints. But after I've done that and I try to join my new guild, it says I'm already in a guild. I've tried this 4 times, and it still doesn't work. It does however keep changing who will be the new owner. Is there anyway to fix this?

 

There are currently a lot of bugs involving guilds, and one of the most known ones sadly prevents you from leaving a guild when your name was recently changed
This issue will probaly be addressed in the next major patch, and you (hopefully) won't be stuck in your guild forever.

 

Another falls to the name glitch!
If you have changed your minecraft username while in the guild, you can't leave. Or be kicked. Or promoted. =P

This bug might also occur if you haven't, as guilds are sadly quite wicked right now

I have an exploit. If you change your name back when it was before you change your name. Does that make us leave the guild?

Nope, you still can't leave the guild even if you do that.
