My first render for my first build - Windmill, which I posted earlier. Hope you like it. Leave any comments, that will be really helpful.

It looks kind off, is it just me? Windmill.jpg

I rate it 4/5. I dont like that the windmill is toward the left, I would center it.

    Yeah, I know.
If you look careful, you can see on the side, I was trying to add a big chunk of mountain. There is a little off.
I didn't export enough terrain for the render. It's my first time rendering stuff. So, yeah...

Did you use blender? If so you can move the camera view.

The camera angle is very plain. Nothing special about it. Try to tilt it a little and do not make the camera angle just looking straight, move it around a little, keep trying new angles until you like what you made. Other than that, lighting is decent, the sky is cool, nothing wrong about the textures, and nice build :)

Oooh that's a very cool building render!

While that can be good advice, I don't think it's always the best idea. I personally think his build benefitted from a straight angle. It makes it seem more majestic and idk, stately? Hard to describe

Camera angles is an important piece of advice to keep in mind for later!

What software did you use? I'll bet it was Cinema 4D, but could it be Blender?

Oh, that was not bad lighting work for a first render! I just assumed it was C4D because it automatically applies decent light.

This is my first render for minecraft stuff, but I already used Blender for quite a while like half a year. I used HDRI for the environment and the render always looks decent with HDRI for lighting and background. (Cheat a little bit XD)

I do need some help with render settings and lighting and also for enchanting the render after rendering in Blender. I mean stuff like tuning the overall color theme or add glare stuff like that. (I don't have ps, I use GIMP.) Really appreciated if you can help me.
