Yes they are. People literally buy max xp jester rings for 20 le. Nobody cares about the loot bonus, it doesn't make it worth any less. If both xp and loot bonus are in the 30+ percentile then it's worth a lot.

 

It's not worth that at all. It's fully maxed rings that might sell for that, but that is not maxed in any way. It is worth 5 Le at max. That is it. And people do care about loot, just not as much as XP

 

It's worth 10-15 le

 

Just that ring? People sell ones just like it all the time for 5 Le
