The joke is basically that everything is white and umm, I don't know, maybe from 3rd grade there was a really retarded joke that was like some shit like, "The teacher asked students to do a project where they draw an animal in it's habitat and have a week to complete" so the student doesn't finish it so on the last day, he turns it in saying that they are polarbears in a snowstorm and I don't know something like that.

 

Since nobody seems to understand, it's a reference to a realllllly old show called "Whinnie the poo"
