    If I'm on my level 80 character, grinding in a level 30 place to get one specific item, is it possible to get it? I'm getting really mad at all this because I don't seem to be getting anything

    It's unlikely. It gets harder to get items from lower levels the higher you get.

    You can also level a new character up to 30, depending on the value of the item, it might or might not be worth doing.
