A Normative Critique Dedicated To The Education Of Lesser Knowledgeable Individuals

As a myriad of objects, items and emeralds are uncovered from the carcasses of dead hostile creatures and scavenged from Loot Chests across a vast distance,many are unaware of the changes that will soon unfold......the Wynncraft economy is a mediocre representation of real life economy growth & the prices of the myriads of items that we either purchase, or desire.While not being an exceptionally accurate representation of what Hitler caused, there are a multitude of ideas & concepts we should do our best to interpret.

First of All, being one of the easiest to comprehend is the increase of the level of general prices in a country, state or even a small group .This called inflation.It is erroneous to believe that a rapidly growing economy would be self sufficient.There are 2 major varieties of economy inflation theories, Demand-Pull Inflation & Cost-Push Inflation

Demand Pull Inflation: This can be theorised using the quote "Too much money chasing too few goods"
It is what is created when DEMAND is expanding at an accelerated rate, surpassing SUPPLY.This can cause prices to skyrocket.

Cost Push Inflation:When the cost to produce a product increases,companies are forced to increase their prices to reinforce their profit margins.These include Tax,wages & import costs.

I hope this engenders you to reflect upon your own reasoning next time you claim that an item is either overpriced or under priced. Please also note that the player market is the main constant factor of rapidly changing prices, often due to rarity, production costs & whether the supply is lower or higher than the frequent demand.
