Corkus! "You now can ride mechs." And what does that have to do with powders? Electricity!
And why would you want to ride a mech or have an Elytra? Poisonous floor!

Corkus might be real, but some of the changes are a bit unrealistic, like, the poisonous ground thing, and it did come out on April fools.
If Corkus was added, I doubt some of the changes noted are actually gonna take place.

Is this update happening right now? None of the servers are available.

 

So i hate to be the one that brings down the mood and shit, but im going to be honest, this was far too late. Personally ive stopped playing cause lack of content and just pure mindless grinding., and when i finally fight a boss, its just like a tankier mob. I dont know, gavel was just overhyped, and this content patch was over 50% of what was promised, and its still not out after 6+ months. Sorta disappointing, but on the positive note, the new powders are interesting, and im goign to try to make a build once more numbers are realeased (mostly for armors, but for weapons too, thats extremely important)

 

This is the gameplay update, which is kind of meant to improve gameplay in general and fix whats wrong with Gavel in general, and like I said, kind of fix all the things you just said.

EDIT: (Not sure about the bosses part, but I'm sure they'll do something about it since that was one of the biggest complaints with the Gavel update.)

 

Grinding is not something I would do for any time in my LIFE! Powders though oh baby it's so good! Definitely worth the wait, especially when there's DXP weekend and other small patches coming out.

 

This was planned to come SOON, not 6 months after. This was also just supposed to be with gavel, but its now in its own whole gameplay update. Gavel was completly tuned to powders, and we still dont have them. Also, since ive stopped playing, does the 90-100 areas have quests yet...? I can already see a problem with powders. Air, is complete shit on weapons, knockback is just always so meh. And fire and water compeltely overshadow the other 3 while in a group. UNLESS, earth does insane damage, which it probably wont. Thunder is only good for grinding, which is fine, but you would be overshadowed by Water and Fire in groups.

(Thunder + Air on armor, and thunder on weapon = fastest farming build most likely if played correctly)
(All water builds + Fire weapon builds will probably be the fastest qira group clear strat, UNLESS earth is stupidly strong, then water + fire + earth.)

 

(6 months after does sound pretty decent, coming from someone who plays TF2, a game where Valve almost abandons it)

 

Well, to you, it seems, but maybe it'll be useful to someone else, and isn't that what elements are all about? Different playstyles.

EDIT: Even if you put nothing but T6 Air powder on a weapon, you don't have to use the special abilities, after all, they are activated by Shift + Left click (Shift + Right click with Archer), not sure you knew that already....
