My Theoretical Map Of Wynncraft

Firstly, can proof of ancients traveling through Wynn? Explain?

Secondly I meant Dern had to touch water because of gateway island. I think I explained that part pretty well.

 

First the obvious proof of Ancients being in the Jungle (basement signs, visitor, etc).

Secondly you have the idea of The Eye (which is from Dern) being worshiped by the higher-ups of Gavel (WynnExcavation). Gavel is supposedly on the other side of the world from Dern.

Then you have the strange signs of cults surrounding End Portals, Eyes and all things Dernic in Wynn (like the one near Detlas).

Lastly you have the fact people in Wynn and Gavel know how to Blink (which they learnt from Dern according to Lore).

What if Gateway Island has sunken?

 

Why wuld dern have to tuch the water cus of the siland? There is a gate on the island leading to Dern... and i think with fruma we will get a big new part of the sea.

The end portal near The abandoned mines (the one you say is near Detlas) was confirmed to be an Easter egg. I have another thread on it.

And tbh your other reasons are pretty weak evidence. The only real thing that seems like it could be used as info is the dead island stuff. The jungle stuff is because, well, ancients are currently living there.

Can you clarify what time period you are talking about? The ancients did not come to live in Wynn until AFTER Dern was destroyed. You seem to be talking about before.

 

Well the fact that they knew Wynn existed means that they must have traveled there before.
Plus, Humans were the first known species to inhabit Wynn and we now know they are not the natives.

Any advanced civilization would have at least explored uncharted areas and since Wynn had no native species before the Humans and Villagers arrived, it makes sense the Ancients had explored it before but left after realizing it had no civilization.

It is possible the Ancients don't even need water by the way!

 

yes i agree, like who build the ruins at the Time Valley? They have to be really old, BTW water is not just the sea... they can have rivers or lakes to ffs.

Well the obvious answer would be Ancients but I had an interesting thought.

You know how they say the Humans built "Great stone empires" when they first arrived in Wynn?
Well, Time Valley is mostly made out of stone, little variety, just pure stone.

What if the First Humans built the structures around the Door, which was always there?

I say this because we have no known record of First Humans using magic like Time (we do know they wielded magic though) and it would be very interesting to think that the Door was built before the Humans even arrived in Wynn.

 

See that's where my train of thought is going. The most "primal" magic we every hear about is the dark/soul magic that the Twain family fought in their early days. No sign of time.

I connected the stone empire to time valley, but the train of thought kind of just ends there. Perhaps we could work on this in a PM?
