Why Doesn't Wynncraft Have Voting?

I mean, they don't use hybrid currency on mineplex, but they do something to sort of get out of breaking the EULA. instead of getting infinite gems for donating and then using them to buy all kits, they give donators all kits except achievement kits. (Mind you, the achievement kits don't really help either, considering they set the hardest achievements in the world) Basically bypassing the "Hybrid Currency" rule.

 

So wait, why don't they just make two currencys here IE. Gems and Gold Coins. With gems being able to be obtained from voting, and gold coins from buying. But both have the same effects?

Sounds like a massive loophole, but would it work?

 

We so popular that we don't need that.

 

mojang would see the loophole and blacklist us.

Maybe Gems could only buy stuff like Shouts, and GC can buy bombs?
