Open .minecraft, open computer, create a file on drive C or D, copy you screenshot from your .minecraft and put in in file you create, when you want to upload something go to that file and upload from there.

If your just trying to post screenshots, here's how I do it:

    1. Go to imgur.com
    2. In the top bar, click the "New Post" button
    3. Click "Browse" in the center of the pop-up
    4. Find the image your trying to post (screenshots are in %appdata% > .minecraft > screenshots) Alternatively you could open the folder and drag & drop the images into the pop-up, which will work aswell
    5. Once the image is posted, hover over the image and click the arrow that pops up in the top right corner
    6. click "get share links" then click copy on the bottom left box, it should be "BBCode (Forums)"
    7. Ctrl+V into your post, this will put the image into your post

For Mac if anyone was wondering:
Go to toolbar, and press go.
Scroll to the bottom and click go to folder.
    Type in ~Library. Press enter.
Inside library, go to application support.
Inside application support, go into minecraft.
    From minecraft, go into screenshots.
    Drag the picture onto desktop.
