Also, people are just petty that they don't have the x3 xp. If you want it, go ahead and make your own YT channel to get the xp. The point of it is that it isn't easy to get even 5k subs on youtube, so not many have it, I think if it also as a reward for promoting the server.

Well, when you take into account that it's just a popularity contest..... no, it isn't. It's simple to get loads of subs via Minecraft if you know how to reel in viewers to get subs.

 

Whining to the admins isn't the hardest thing in the world.

However, for reasons I and others have gone over in the like 30 copies of this thread, it's perfectly fair for (most) Youtubers to get their XP boost

just stop the bonus xp at level 100 or so, they get their content, but leaderboard stays fair.

 

But it won't matter if you take the xp bonus away, their fanbase would stay the same and they'll keep getting free stuff.

The fact that you guys don't even have enough knowledge to get to 100 without the youtuber xp pisses me of. It may be a personal issue that I have,but seing how Seb got to Leaderboard rank 19 from like 90 in 10 hours is a little frustrating,in fact that I need almost 10x the time for a level 100 than he does. We did it in 3 hours,all I did was walking with him and telling him what to do. So it was my knowledge that helped him,not my gear or my level.

 

youtubers were never known for being smart, so is the community if you mentioned that.
tbh you should treat them like we treat cactuses, who cares if a cactus got 101? it takes them no effort so we just ignore them.

 

We could ignore them. But for people like me,currently leaderboard rank 28 or so ,highest vip on the board, it is just fucking frustrating if you have to plan a run for every char while those guys come in like donkeys and be like " Lol it okei we gunna do sum quest for 100 ez" (that is not meant to be rude btw ). And I am not the only one that thinks it is unfair for that one reason only.

Sure they can promote the server and shit,thats what I agree on but do they really need more advantage compared to other people playing the same amount of time ? No,they don't if they have the knowledge on what to do. And for quality content you will need knowledge at some point,because gavel update hype is already over.
I agree on that they should get something,but a free VIP+ perk and special names+color is fair enough,the txp is a little overkill

 

I agree, but in sense of how we treat cactuses it feels like its more or so for the build and how game breaking it feels PvP wise not progression PvE wise. Also chun is pretty cool
