I'm spending up to 5.5 stacks, 6 is all I have so I can go 6 if needed for an assassin mythic set aswell

 

For assassin non-mythic the best you're gonna get is probably chakram. I'd recommend spending le on archangel (even if it's mythic) it's worth it for the speed

 

got a 32% speed chakram and +2tier attack speed (ws is 1 off max)

Kwaby had an auction of the whole assassin speed set all max except for almuj and arch almuj was 32 and arch is 44 and I bought out for 9 stacks of LE lol
