Need Weapon Advice

I need advice on which of these bows to use.

 

I don't see why you wouldn't use Thunderbolt, so why not that?

 

Because "Sparkles" has much higher damage while still being fast.

 

Thunderbolt is super fast.

 

I know, but like I said, Sparkles has much higher damage. That's why I'm uncertain.

 

Raw damage isn't everything

 

I can see why you are having trouble deciding, if you literally are just grinding to level up I would use Sparkles since the XP bonus is greater than Thunderbolt. However, if you are doing basically anything else then I would use thunderbolt, its attack speed makes it where it will be harder for enemies to get closer to you since you can just spam them with constant arrows, it also has a ton of spell damage meaning while you do spells with thunderbolt, spells have the potential to do more damage than sparkles. You also deal a bonus thunder damage using the weapons so it is closer 2-66 than 1-60, not to mention the 28% melee damage. The walk speed really is useful on an archer as well, even if a weapon does deal more damage, the ID's also contribute a huge amount on how good the weapon is.

you can keep sparkles for when you complete quests while holding it

but I can also help with weapons too.

It really goes between faster attack or stronger. And depending on your build, which i think is too low to even think about rn
