It's very well laid out, and structured. However, you can always improve the atmosphere of the Build by adding tiny additions to the sides of the Shrine, such as, a Skull Head (From a Player), Dead Bushes, Withered Trees, Ruins, etc. Since my favoured pallet is all stone, I can assure you these additions will definitely affect your final product, as even though for Player Experience Interior is extremely important, Exterior and the other areas such as Small paths, hills, and nearby terrain must not be missed in order to create the best possible experience for the player. However, if you build solely for Exterior and size, Interior is not a large matter, although something to fill the inside is always good. A tip from me is always put Depth over detail, and the explanation is something like.

You've got a cliff, say, a finished piece of terraforming. You would like to make it look for "Full," or "Fuller." You want to try to detail it, but it ends up looking forced, unnatural, and ugly from above. A way to improve things when you can't detail is you simply add more depth (Raise the Height, Widen the Areas), and use Stairs, Slabs, to create and define more possibilities that may be suitable for the build. I constantly add depth to Roofs, Hulls of an Ship, or anything I'm building, whether it's an bridge, a Windmill, or a Flying Spaceship, Depth over Detail.

(The Only thing that is important, though) : Is it's definitely has it's own potential for expansion and extension, although as Imaxelius said, it is a bit overdetailed. Maybe next time, thicken the pillars and raise It up a bit. I've done similar Shrines in the past for practise, I can show you what I mean if you still don't understand. Besides that, a great attempt, keep up the good work!

    ~SK.
