    Is there anyway to get a Glacial Crest (legendary bow) that does not do damage to you when you are holding it?

    The best ids will make it brutally freeze you to death slower, but i think you should dispose of that bow ASAP the second you find a better one.

    Or you can not hold the bow unless fighting, or carry a secondary bow with + Health Regen to swap during travel, or wear armor/accessories to counter the negative health regen.
