I Lost My Character

So, I was off for about a year or two, and got on the other day and found my level 18 archer. I ranked it up to 21 or so yesterday, and got on today and it was gone. I made a new archer, and its still around level 1. By the way, I really dislike the new starting area I prefer the one from about 2 or 3 years ago, easier to tell what to do, where to go, and it was more straightforward. Anyways, can anyone tell me why I lost my character?

 

We have no idea and I don't even think the staff know about it.

Be happy it was only Lv. 21 and not a 100.

 

Is there even the slightest chance that you might have right-clicked on your original archer and accidentally deleted it? No? I didn't think so.

You can get to level 40 in about 2 hours during dxp with help, i should think it doesnt matter that you lost a level 21
