what does it mean ?

 

i think it means there's a mob that drops 10-20 powders

There is in fact a mob called Nether God which is a Blaze type (maybe several, I honestly couldn't tell because of LAG) that spawns in the Roots of Corruption area and when you kill it you get a shit ton of Blaze Powder.

 

Guessing its a mob that drops lots of Blaze Powder...

 

Well, since I've farmed up 20 stacks of blaze powder, I know what it means. There ae blazes by the nether portal then there is a rare mod which is the nether god, normally blazes drop 1 blaze powder per 2-3 kills, the nether god drop-as the wiki says-10-20 blaze powder.

 

The Nether God is a rare spawn near the Nether Portal, and it drops a bunch of blaze powder. I don't think he still spawns, but if he still does it will make grinding for the blaze powder much faster.

 

Guys, when someone already gave the right answer, you don't need to repeat it 20 times

Oh no, I'm not saying it's a bad thing, I do realize they are trying to help, it's just that it is a bit pointless to say the same thing over and over again

You don't need to wait till you run into the Nether God to get blaze powder, just kill literally ANYTHING that spawns near the portal and it'll give you blaze powder.

 

Tip: The Nether God is the only blaze mob in the Roots of Corruption area that is on fire. Normal blazes aren't on fire.

 

When it dies, it spews the blaze powder in the air in a dramatic fountain of death. It's a sight.
