Character Bugged Mission

The problem I have is that my friend were playing and doing a mission 2 with party upon us teleport I went out but my friend was bugged on earth and when you log in will not let him move or be teleport or use scroll and let me know if there would be a way to help him out of this problem

Erm... I can't quite understand what you are trying to say, but try /kill with three or more soul points.
