SPOILER Legendary - Cyanasaur's Wand

Hello,
I just loaded the WynnPack in a Singleplayer world and looked at all the awesome textures.
Wynncraft, you did a great job with this.
But, I found 2 Items, I had no Idea about.
An extremely awesome looking Wand, called the Cyanasaur's Wand and a pair of flapping angel wings...
Do you know anything about them? Like in they are planned to be added to the gut game or if not why they are in this pack?

the wand is a diamond block, and the wings are a stone block.

Also that, the wings are on a few mobs, i forgot which ones, and the sword, isnt included in the game yet, maybe its a preview of a lvl 100 wand for the lvl 100 quest, or its a weapon for a really powerful boss...

Qira is hard enough, i fought her enough time with my party but NEVER got the tag myself, other people did get it ....

 

Cyanosaur's Wand is a removed wand (I think,) and is only used by the Bantisu Guardian mobs. The angel wings are used by the majority of mobs in the Sky Islands (Angels, Dragonlings, etc.)

would it be bannable to have this wand at this time in the wynn servers?
