Should I do dungeons or grind mob and where. Please tell me. I'm level 45.

 

Silver fish dungeon, or grind at the Corrupted Sentinels - in the passage way between Nesaak and the Tower of Ascension./Lusuco area

 

Except that silverfish dungeon costs to enter

You should get grind peaceful mobs because they give the most XP. :^)
