    You need 1 Volt Goat horn as well. They can be obtained from Volt Goats, a rare spawn in the Light Forest. Just frolick around the forest and you'll eventually stumble into one.

    i hate to be "that guy" but i don't think he'd be able to say "[You need [1 Taproot] and something to wake him up to start this quest]" if he was blind

    TBH I killed a volt goat before arriving to the start and didn't even know you need the horn to wake him up, until he said something about it..
