    Is 26% loot bonus on the treasure boots really the best loot bonus for boots in general? I'm asking because many people say its max and that it is hard to get but I got it on first try after completing underwater.

    To answer this part of your question, yes, Treasure Boots are the best boots for Loot Bonus.
