Yes, it must took him a lot of his spare time to animate this.

Please do remember that animation is a tiring process that takes a long time to complete it. So, if you're going to be an animator in the near future (Which probably I am), just embrace it and have fun.

Nice work anyway Dravern. How about take yourself some time and watch some videos on how to animate?

 

It only takes a long time to animate if you hand draw each frame (which it looks like OP did), which usually isnt an industry standard (it's usually frowned upon when you hand draw every frame, cause like, if you gotta do a 30FPS animation for like 5 mins, ye don't wanna do 9000 frames).

While it's frames looks very bleh, the individual drawings look pretty good
