I Cant Leave My Guild?

Whenever i try to leave my guild it brings up a sign and says type yes then i do and click done it takes my soul points but doesnt remove me from the guild im confused... help

 

Ya I agree with Novaa I have the same prob and it wasted a whole lot of soul points because i tried it 3 times in a row and nothing happened then I basically couldn't play on that class until the next day

 

Have you changed your name recently? If so, you have created a phantom version of yourself which you can't get rid of until guilds are fixed (which will be in about 2 or 3 years, it depends).

 

Oaky yes I have changed me name recently and I think you are messing around ya I totally have a phantom self

 

It's true, you create another version of yourself. For example, when you talk in /g chat, you talk twice. That is your "phantom" version speaking.

 

he means that a duplicate member was created in the guild list.
if youll do /guild list youll probably see your name twice, the guild counts you twice so you cant leave or be kicked.

How do i get rid of the phantom then

 

moderators cant kick you out all they do is ban/unban people
most people are stuck in their guilds atm.

I don't know if it will work, but here's how I got unglitched from the name change bug last October: I changed my name back to my original name that I had before I changed my name in the guild. I believe that if you really want to get unglitched from your guild, you may have to change your name back to whatever it was before you changed it to your current name when you were in the guild.

you can try switching your name back but there is no guarantee it will work
