Help With Mage Build :)

Hey So Im currently a Level 61 Mage Im going for more of a water / thunder build (Intell/Dexter) (Lots of Mana Lots of Dmg) But im not sure how to put one together I am Currently Wearing a Spectre Millenium Kratke Abysso Galoshes and Ohm's wand and i already have an ethereal for when im 70 Im not Sure if im going down the right path to the build i want so if anyone could help me that would be Amazing :3

You probably shouldn't focus on builds at 69, wait until 85 or over. If you insist what your wearing now is fine, use concentration x2 as rings, for mana and there's a 2/4 mana regen necklace that's unique below 60 idk name.
