    You'll need to be level 95 to use this build, but why not get started now?

    Helmet: Third Eye
    Chestplate: Millenium or Soul Signal
    Leggings: Leggings of Desolation, or any other replacement
    Boots: Memento
    Ring 1 and 2: Your choice (I use rings that boost intel)
    Bracelet: Watch Bracelet or Squid Anklet
    Amulet: Royal Stormy Amulet

    Weapon: Requiem or Lament

    Well as a Mage at 87 I use third eye used to use blue mask specter is better than both of these options.
    A good health adamantine
    Crystal with decent mana regen
    Boots of blue stone for spell damage or some boots with % spell damage skill points: armor requirements plus a lot of Intel and agility
