Good Build For Mage?

Title says it all. I'm looking for a mage that can spam spells. I would like to get the skill point layout for the build because I am really poor to buy the gear. (I may of got ripped off a couple of times)

 

Max Int and then Agi or something
Helm: Third eye
Chest: Idk maybe aqua?
Legs: Crystal
Boots: Memento

10k meteors on average (max 20k)
4k tp

@AlchabenKaker came up with most of the build (I just put on sodeta boots coz they comfy)
You get a very high attack and 12k hp with the statue, you can use sodeta boots instead for a mana regen and spell damage bonus but at the cist of becoming a glass cannon with 4k hp.
Only counters I found to this build is agility builds, thunder defense builds, cactus builds (they still due tho) and archers that are strong enough to do 12k with a shot.

So this build deals heavy damage and can spell spells but is basically a even weaker glass cannon.. huh

 

With a statue you have 12k hp. Outside of combat you can switch to any other boots (sodeta highly recommended)

isn't tier attack speed effecting spells a glitch? Your build uses electrocharge, right?

 

as far as I know it isn't a glitch although it might get nerfed a bit.
