Is Cancer Effective?

    I've seen cancer's with over -100% spell dmg and melee damage, and does it affect your damage so that you do nothing but only poison does dmg? Or does the tier attack speed affect it?

    To actually answer your question: the -100% cancels out the damage you do unless you get enough spell/Melee percent to get below -100%, the knockback from the poison is ridiculous in the nether though...

    Atm its pretty annoying and can be used to deal excessive damage and basically not die, all while standing still
