Buying Buying Rare Or Legendary Wands: Lvl. 28-44

I am buying wands for the mage class that are the rare or legendary wands that are between the levels of 28 and 44. The lowest neutral damage that these wands can have is 25. If you have questions about a wand or are going to try and sell me a wand, take a screenshot and put it on the thread so I can look at it. Below the screenshot needs to be your starting price.
