Best Way To Build Archer?

What should I spend my skill points on to make a good archer starting at lvl 1?

 

That depends on preference. There is no element that is overpowered. Pick what you like.

 

especially for archer, its all about your style of play.
some other classes have some overpowered elements, but archer is very well balanced

 

Actually statistically speaking Intelligence is superior to all other Skill Points.

Example:

Damage Output - Strength vs Intelligence

Let's say you have the same amounts of Skill Points in Strength and Intelligence, making you deal 50% more damage and use 50% less mana.

Now we have a spell that costs 4 mana and does 1000 damage without any boosts.

+50% Strength = 1500 damage that can be cast 5 times (4 if you count mana usage increment) = 7500 damage total.
-50% Mana = 1000 damage that can be cast 10 times (7 if you cound mana usage increment) = 10000 damage.

Intelligence is broken.
