Can the Jester set be dropped from mobs?

If so, where is the best place to grind for the Jester set?

 

No, it cannot be dropped from mobs. The Jester Set consists of accessories, so you'll find them in only tier 3 and tier 4 loot chests. Try to look for some chests around Cinfras County, there should be some.

 

The necklace is extremely common compared to the other Jester pieces. The others ones are rarer. All gained from high tier loot chests.
Pretty common in the trade market though.

 

I found 6 bracelets in loot chests but never a necklace

 

Dunno. Necklaces are usually more common.

 

The set isn't all the same level. I believe the bracelet is 72 or so, and the necklace is within the 60s. Therefore, the piece you get depends on your level :v

 

I'm level 85ish and I usually get necklaces...

Necklace is 54, ring is 69, bracelet is 72. Most loot chests depend on the level of the area that they are in, others depend on the players level. So possibly @The Sc1020 is hanging around dark forest/swamp/jungle a lot?

The bracelet is "common" in the infamous loot 4 chest cave outside Cinfras. With all the mobs it is always the correct level.
I have found the ring in the loot 4 cave to the right past the shaman in the jungle. The village is way up overhead and it is the correct level for the ring regardless of your level.
I have never found the necklace.

 

I've found all three.
Necklace was fairly easy to find; but I only found it once, because I never bothered looking for it.
Bracelets are REALLY easy to find, at least relatively; I've found 6-10 in the past 1-2 weeks, without putting much time into it.
I have a lot of trouble finding Rings; I've only found one after 1-2 weeks of searching.
