I can help, Im a level 81 asassin and I still gotta do air and above.
My timezone is CST (1 hour before EST, 2 hours ahead of PST)
Im on basicly all the time, and I wont be busy cuz I ran out of quests and I need to grind a TON
(A.K.A 68% more xp progress ;-;

 

You dont need to grind if you have a technique and some money... for example my assasin - its lvl 89 and still has like 15 quests to do... You are asking how? Well all i do is turn in quests with xp armor and on a dxp server

 

I have 80mil xp to grind :)
