Historically, What Holidays Have Reliably Had Dxp?

What the title says. Are there holidays that have always had dxp? I know updates, but are there any other non holiday events?

 

I know Christmas has one sometimes, not sure about others though. Christmas is a biggie.

 

The holiday of Gavel's release, so around Christmas. That's really the only reliable one, besides the random ones dotted around the beginning of the summer and throughout it.

 

Christmas, Summer, sometimes Spookyween (not a holiday but whatever)

So random time or times during the summer are possible. Has July 4 been one? I'm trying to figure out how much pressure I'm under to finish Qira, since it's my only quest left and I want to get all I can for it.
