Invisible Guild Members?

I'm not sure where this would go on a forums as I never really posted on a forum hardly ever. Anyways, has anyone been in a guild where someone is able to talk in your guild chat, but the person's name doesn't show on the guild tab? Because there's this one person who claims to be part of the guild I'm in known as 'Shadows', but when I go look in the guild history, there is no record of him ever joining or even leaving said guild, but yet he is able to talk into the guild chat.

Thats odd, it shows on his player info that he is a chief but on your guild info screen it doesn't show him. I don't know how to help you.
