Items For My Build?

Ok so, i'm planning on having a warrior hybrid that consists of : intel/mana regen, damage, and speed. The items i've planned out for sure so far are:

Third eye
?(Chest)
?(Legs)
Memento
?, ?, ?, Royal Stormy Amulet I'd prefer all of the accessories besides royal stormy to be speed based.

Idol


Any suggestions on what the blanks should be? So far if I get max id's for this stuff I'll have 13/4 regen, and that's plenty in my opinion. I just need speed and damage now :)

 

as for rings ehwaz and stratus are the best for walk speed
idk about bracelets
cp if you want speed/damage go with gales force or for more speed based booster plate
for legs I suggest electrocharged greaves with +2 tier for insane spell dmg boosts or sagittarius for a combo of speed+health

 

If I think it's a Water/Air warrior, this could be good for me to think what items you need. I have not tested this, because I'm on Vacation and I'm not available to test this out.

Third Eye, which you said.
Booster Plate for speed.
Crystal for speed, mana regen, intelligences, agility, and optionally reflection.
Memento, which you said.

Rings: Stratus for walk speed, AGI, and mana steal, Raging wind for walk speed and AGI.
Bracelet: Contrail for walk speed.
Necklace: Royal Stormy.

Weapons: Idol (Get 3/4 mana and 300+ Spell), Frenzy for walk speed and +Tier attack speed (Get 2+ Tier attack speed).

Raw Stats: 100 INT, 50 AGI, rest on STR or DEF.

Pros: Great Mana Regen (15/4s with Idol. If not, 12/4s), Good walk speed (101%, if holding frenzy. If not, 81%), good spell damage.
Cons: Weak to thunder, weak melee, below average vitality (~8500 HP).

 

I don't think I need that much speed, I was looking for 40-50% xd I wanted to focus on power after that, unless it already does a lot of dmg, but idk I don't have any of the items yet except for third eye

 

There is one more suggestion I could give, which you could replace Booster Plate for Soul Signal for more DPS.

Yeah, but you said you wanted 40-50% walk speed also. Also I'd suggest having to put up 40 Dex on, too.

 

You could do aquarius as well for chestplate, max is 7/4 mana regen

 

I would use:
Aquarius - For Spell damage and Mana regen, and since you are going with an int build you will rely mostly on spells, so the -melee damage shouldn't hurt as much.
From your current position i'd say go with about an average aquarius, and possibly max spell damage, and low -melee damage.

Crystal - Mana regen, Reflection and a bit of Walk speed.

Raging wind x2: For the walk speed.

Contrail: Walk speed.
