Looking For Some Help On A Fatal Build

Oi peeps of wynncraft,
I have been thinking a while about a fatal build, but not really much since i thought there was no chance i would ever get one. But i did

And now that i think more about it, all the thunder armor seems to suck.
I was thinking of Scorpios but these require str and Def, while i want to go Dex and Int maybe
Leggings of desolation is a no-brainer to include.
And that is where me ideas stop

Probably soul signal for chest plate because of the high hp and spell damage.

So here's a few possibilities I've come up with, since you mentioned looking for Water/Thunder (Sorry in advance for the color coding):
Key: | Dark Purple = Mythic | Light Blue = Legendary | Pink = Rare | Yellow = Unique | Green = Set | (Parentheses+?) = Could possibly work well, but not sure |

• Helm: Cancer (If you can find one with less than -100% on the type of dmg you're looking for, this might work well, can also add up to about 4.2k poison dmg.)/Anima-Infused Helmet (Highest hp of these four, reqs lvl 100 and 33 in Int, Dex, and Def, (which I was gonna suggest anyways), adds 15% reflection. spell dmg, and health regen.)/Third Eye (Adds decent mana regen and raw spell dmg, lowest hp of these four)/(Darksteel Full Helm?)-(Gives a max of +10 Dex and +6 Def.)
• Chest: Soul Signal (As mentioned above, it might be a good option due to decent hp and high spell dmg for a rare chestplate.)
• Legs: Leggings of Desolation (Since you seem to want to use those, although I can see why, decent boosts overall)
• Boots: Nether's Scar (Has a max of 50% Health regen, might be interesting to use)/Memento (For obvious spell casting reasons)
• Ring 1: Jester (+4 to Int and Dex, maybe +3 or +4 to Defense as well)
• Ring 2: Jester (+4 to Int and Dex, maybe +3 or +4 to Defense as well)
• Bracelet: Prowess (Hive master Brace, +4 to all skill points, also adds +250 hp)
• Necklace: Jester (If going for spell dmg)
• Weapon: Fatal (Obviously)

Min lvl: 100 (Because of Prowess/Anima-Infused Helm)

Ok, for skill points, I know you were looking for a dex/int split, but investing some points in defense might be a good idea, even if its only a few.

For the helmet, Cancer could be a viable option, assuming you can find one with -91% - -99% melee/spell dmg. It also gives a generous 3200 Hp, quite high for a helmet. It's dex requirement is also only 5 points higher than Fatal's, meaning you wouldn't have to invest too much to use it. Anima-Infused Helmet could also be a great option, as it has a requirement of 33 in all the stats you've been looking at, save for defense. Albeit the 33 in defense might not be a bad idea. It's also got one of, if not the highest, hp boosts on a helmet, +3500 Hp, with a 15% boost to Health Regen, Reflection, and Spell dmg. Third Eye might work well for a dex/int build, as its got decent spell dmg and high mana regen, but it also has a low 2000 hp bonus. Darksteel Full Helm might work, but I'm not entirely sure, it has a dex req of 20 and a def min of 40. It does however provide a maximum of +10 to dexterity, and +6 to defense, a decent boost.

Soul Signal as the Chestplate should work well. It has a health boost of +2800, and dex/int requirement of 40, which we should easily be able to achieve. It also can give a max of +6 to dex and int, while giving a nice boost to spell dmg.

Leggings of desolation are also a solid choice, as it has no skill point requirement, and it adds some decent spell damage.

Nether's Scar might do something for the build. Nether's scar DOES however, have a requirement of 50 defense and dexterity, it provides an amazing +50% health regen at maximum. As well as a max of +7 to dexterity and defense. Memento can also be used if you don't want to put the 50 into defense.

For both rings, try to find two Jester rings with +4 to Dex and Int, as well as 3 or more in defense.

Brace would be Prowess for obvious skill point reasons, also adds a small hp boost of +250.

And finally the necklace would have to be Jester, (preferably with 2/2 mana steal), in order to get the spell damage boost from the set. (It says on the items that it's only giving you the 2 peice bonus, but it's actually giving you the three peice bonus.

Now back to skill points again. How to split them properly: Take off all of your items, (BE IN A SAFE PLACE FOR THIS.), and use a reset scroll. Now, put on all items without skill point requirements. Now add points to one type, until you've reached enough to equip the next item. (Example: You have 12 skill points in str from items alone, but need 20 str to equip this new item. Then you now add 8 to get to 20, and equip the item with the 20 str requirement, get that item's boost, then continue adding skill points until you reach the point amount you need.) If using nethers scar, try to get dex and def up to the req of 50, then go from there, if not using nether's scar, try to at least put in about 30 defense before splitting the rest between dex and int, so you can still take some hits.

Maximum Possible HP: 12,700 if all the highest HP items listed are used. Min HP: 10,600 if all the lowest HP items listed are used.

 

This gave me a good view over all options but here are some things:
I am afraid cancer would just destroy my dps
I also dont feel like spending 50 points on def for the nethers scar
The water gear mentioned destroys thunder dmg? (not sure)

 

This is why I also included the other options, such as the Anima Helm or Third Eye. (And why I also mentioned the try and find a Cancer with -91 - 99% spell, as a lot of the other items would be lowering the dmg penalty to around 60-70%. Though I do agree, it would cut out a lot of dmg.)
I also included memento as a possibility if you didn't want to use Nether's Scar.
Neither Third Eye nor Memento hurt thunder dmg.

 

Static charged leggings, 20% thunder damage. Use a breeze hands for the tier 1 because fatal is very fast and tier 1 can make it super fast. Helm should be Spectre for the spell dmg %, chest has to be soul signal, legs should be static charged, boots should be Scorpio OR a Memento. Accessories should be, full jester set (Ring, Ring, Necklace) Bracelet should be prowess OR arc bracer.



Static Charged is found from the thunder merchant at hive, Breeze hands is from the air merchant, prowess is from the master accessories merchant.

 

The question is would i take Static over Leggs of deso, since my leggs of deso have 22% Spell dmg and 24% Mellee dmg aswell as some nice Poison and 7% Thunder dmg

 

I suppose if you use the 22% spell you don't have to use Spectre and go for the sparkling visor with 10% thunder dmg
