I Can't Kill The Gryndilin Chief

I'm doing the Purple and Blue Quest. I'm in the boss room with the Gryndilin Chief. He regains more health from his spell than I can deal damage. Am I too weak?

 

While I don't remember the quest entirely, if you can't kill the boss and you're doing the quest, well, yes, you're probably too weak. The only exceptions to this "rule" are "Bob's Reincarnation," "Death," "Qira, Mistress of the Hive," and potentially "Corrupter of Worlds" (but much less so here).

I had the same problem... It's funny because I tested the quest like 10 times when I designed and built it xD

But it's just because the boss got extremely hight water defense, and I'm a water mage. It makes sense with the lore...

 

i have same problem and im a fire mage well my weapon is fire im mixed

 

What is your build, exactly? Are your armor pieces and accessories also fire-based?

 

Find a weapon with thunder dmg you can use
