I Lost A Quest Item Needed For Another Quest Please Help!

    So I had this quest item called the Yellow Crystal Shard which I lost by glitching out of my inventory accidentally. I didn't care at the time because I didn't realize I needed it for wynnsite excavation B quest. I got the shard from wynnsite excavation A quest. Well since its gone I can't do the quest for wynnsite excavation B quest and I need a mod or whatever to spawn it in for me. So please help me!
